A booking is considered confirmed once payment is received (card) or once the date is confirmed (cash payment).
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the departure. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service price.
If weather conditions make it unsafe to run the tour or transfer, the skipper makes the call on the day of departure. In that case the guest chooses between a full refund and a new date free of charge.
